Welcome to Garage Gallery.

Cars have been around us all since we were kids. Look out your window and you’ll see a car (I hope). Most likely, that car isn’t really anything ‘special’. That’s because cars are like a blank canvas. The way you paint your canvas is specific to YOU. Not just in the sense of ‘modifying’ cars, but even just generally in the sense of what you like.  A person’s taste in cars says everything about them.

When you see a cool car in public, you might think, “Oh, cool”. Some may even go the extra distance as to take a quick photo on their phone, and, if the topic somehow comes up in small talk later in the future, they pull up the photo and get to learn the smallest bit of trivia about said car.

However, if you were a neuron inside my brain, all you’d have to do is look up and see the fireworks that go off when a piece of automotive beauty crosses my eyes (or even just ears). There’s this inner monologue that goes on in my head, depending on the car. Most of the time, it’s simply just Jeremy Clarkson yapping about.

This blog, although it will include stuff other than cars occasionally, is essentially the recording of that neuron inside my head. He hopes you enjoy the work he has captured over his ~16 years of car enthusiasm. Welcome to Gallery Garage.

What this gallery is about

I predict the first ~1000 people to view this blog already know me. If it ever grows larger, well, you still don’t need to know anything about me.

I’m mainly dedicating this blog to the occasionally decent photo that I’d take; whether in real life or in video games (you’d be surprised at how beautiful they are when you aren’t flaming your teammates on Rocket League for deranking you). I also occasionally want to express my creative side in terms of words. But, don’t worry, no “Dear Diary” here.

I would’ve just settled on an Instagram account like everyone else but I’ve always dreamt of having a blog like every teenager in the 90s. Hopefully I don’t design it like they used to though. Anyways, yes this is a glorified artistic outlet. Who knows what this could lead to.
